How much does a service call cost?+
Our trip charge is $89 and is waived in full when you authorize the repair. You hear the flat-rate repair price before we open the appliance β€” no surprises.
What's covered by your warranty?+
Every repair includes a 60-day parts and labor warranty. If the same failure returns inside 60 days, we come back and fix it free.
Which brands do you service?+
Every major brand β€” Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, Kenmore β€” plus high-end: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele. See our full brands page.
Are your techs licensed and insured?+
Yes. Clutch City techs are licensed in Texas, bonded, fully insured, and background-checked. We're a real local business β€” not a national booking app.
Do you do high-end built-in refrigerators?+
Yes. We're factory-trained on Sub-Zero column units, Wolf ranges, Viking dual-fuel, and Thermador built-ins. Sealed-system refrigeration work included.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, all major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct check. We invoice for property managers and landlords on request.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?+
Yes. Clutch City Appliance Repair has standing accounts with rental owners across Houston, TX. We invoice net-15, send work orders, and follow up with tenants directly.
Can you come on weekends?+
We're open Saturdays 7am–7pm and Sundays 8am–5pm. Sunday calls are billed at the same flat rate β€” no weekend surcharge.
Do you sell parts only?+
No β€” we're a service company. Every part we install comes from the manufacturer-authorized supply chain and is covered by our 60-day warranty.
